Jalapeño Popper Salad Dressing
Kevin Lynch – author of Closet Cooking – says he is completely obsessed with Jalapeño Poppers. I know the feeling, Kev. It’s easy to see that he is telling the truth. He has taken poppers in many different directions on his blog — something I hope to do soon. Some of his Jalapeño Popper-inspired recipes include Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Jalapeño Popper Potato Gratin, Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs, Jalapeño Popper Corn Fritters and many more. They all look and sound so delicious – you just know I’m gonna make ’em.
Kevin, I do believe you and I could be good friends.
