Jalapeño Popper Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients (See Box Above, "IMPORTANT - About Our Recipes" for Information about Quantities)

  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup fresh pickled or roasted Jalapeños
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place everything in a food processor and pulse to puree.
  • Pour into a sealed container and chill in the fridge for a few hours before using.
  • Serve over salad greens or as a dip.
In my version, I used mayo and fresh jalapeños. Kevin says the bacon is optional. Who is he kidding?
